Track order
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be systematically communicated. It is recommended to regularly track the package with the package number (not the order number) on 17Track. Please note, some delivery methods require 7-10 days before the package can be tracked online.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email of an order to remind you that you can use the tracking link in the email to view the order logistics information.
At the same time, we provide online order logistics information tracking. You can view your order logistics information through "My Account-> My Orders-> View Order Detail".
